KETS Form Rec&Sep (Recognition & Separation) is a solution for recognizing and processing electronic forms. The program can seperate the data on electronic forms regardless of their structures using definable templates.
 Using KETS Form Rec&Sep forms that are filled by hand or that are received by mail or fax can be transformed into electronic forms and processed to be recognised and archived to databases.
Forms received by fax can be routed using KETS Fax Router that runs over RightFax Server to the servers running KETS Rec&Sep, while forms received by mail can be scanned using KETS Scan Stations and directed to the recognition servers.
KETS Form Rec&Sep can distinguish different form types within a batch and process the specified form using Intelligent Character Recognition (ICR) seperating the document that will be processed from the other documents in the batch. After the required form is processed the program attaches the data and the form to the additional documents making them ready to be used for KETS's DTS-Data Transfer System.

Form Recognition Using KETS Form Recognition, documents are processed in batches and recognised as either a form or another document. If the received document is a form then it is matched with a template and any data defined on the template is captured from the form.
KETS Form Recognition module uses predefined character groups, geometrical shapes and combinations of these to distiguish between different form types. According to the predefined templates, the program identifies forms as three different types: Form with attachments, plain form, and plain attachment. Once the type of the form is recognised, the related form template is used to process the form. The ICR process recognizes the characters and creates a data file. If the form does have attachments, these attachments are not processed by the ICR engine.
Form Seperation  Using KETS Form Separation, users can monitor forms and attachments in a batch process and can verify whether the forms and their attachments are matched correctly. Forms with attachments, plain forms, and plain attachments are grouped together where they can be seperated, grouped and deleted. Plain attachments can be matched with forms or other attachments manually allowing the system operators with the flexibility to correct any mistakes done by the system.
Any corrections to these matchings can be done by simply dragging and dropping forms and attachments on the program's user interface. The user can assign unmatched documents to be reviewed to two queues available: Forms without attachments and attachments without forms. Once all the revisions to the documents are done, operators can simply process the whole batch with a single click.
Data Transfer System KETS Data Transfer System (DTS) is a service that runs on a SQL Server that automatically records information received from Form Seperation modules on related databases. Having two modes of operation the program can be run both automatically and manually.
Attachment / Form Matching KETS Attachment / Form Matching module compares forms that have no attachments with attachments that have no forms and matches documents that are related. Forms without attachments and attachments without forms can be merged with documents that are already waiting in queues and can be directly stored on the database.
