Using smart Least Cost Routing (LCR), KETS RFaxCast can minimize long-distance communication costs by routing faxes to their destinations using the shortest and the cheapest path possible. KETS RFaxCast system can be integrated with other communication systems like intranet, internet and e-mail servers making users to be able to use one application for receiving their e-mail and fax messages possible.
Users of the system can access the faxes sent by the fax servers through their inboxes while they can resend, forward, delete and verify fax messages easily according to their rights on the messages using their client software.
